 Rufini Building is a small suburb around a 1200 tower at Capocavallo in the Commune of Corciano, at 15 minutes from Perugia. Acquired around 1880 by the family Rufini, it was  the center of a flourishing devoted agricultura  Today, completely renewed and restructured since the foundations, has returned to be a splendid abode of country for the one who desires to make base near Perugia and to visit Umbria or simply to rest.
The  agricultural company, conducted by the family Rufini, is rigorously biological and devoted to the olive cultivation, fruits and the company cultivates mulberry for the silkworm. Ended the fortune of the silk, the building and the tower were turned into a country villa where one can spend their summer and the company began to cultivate  grapes  and olive oil.
The structure of the building, divided  in apartments, the rooms, the common spaces of the first floor is ideal for  organizing small parties, marriages, birthdays, degrees up to 30/40 people in winter and 80/100 people in summer.
Rufini is not a farmhouse  for the forced sporty  but for the one who prefers to cultivate the spirit.
