Country Resort 'LE TORRI DI BAGNARA' lies on a hill, overlooking  a wide part of the Tiber Northern Valley, 18 km north of Perugia, at 300 m. over the sea level. It stands in the centre of a 1500 acres suberb holiday farm estate, dotted with small lakes and 5 medieval castles and features Umbrian typical Restaurant, sea salt water panoramic pool, 3 gerdens, botanic garden.

We offer you a delicious Umbrian Cuisine, very genuine, thanks to the exclusive use of the Typical Products from our farms ("Chianina" cattle meat, eggs, vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, vines, honey) and from our area; moreover, Pasta, Cakes & Bread are home made by our Cooker. Special Menu are available (to be requested in advance).

The Resort is made of beautiful Medioeval Historical Buildings:

-THE TOWER (12th cent. Tower with adjacent residence - In the past it was used as a watch-tower, in defence of the neighbouring Pieve san Quirico and Castello della Pieve): features 4 exclusive apartments (with 2, 4 & 5 beds)– total sleeps 15.The “TORRE” Apartments differ in their size but they are all very elegant and have a wonderful view over the Tiber Valley and the surrounding woods.They feature coloured sat. TV, 17th & 19th century antiques furnishings, terracotta floors, working fireplace; each apartment has full kitchen with dishwasher, hair-drier, towels, bed and household linen, pool towels, an independent heating system, and GSM mobile telephone; all beds have bed base with beech wood laminated slats. You may find stone barrelt vault ceilings with frescoes, arched Romanesque windows and old arches. Guests have at their disposal a large terracced garden, common living room with a panoramic terrace, common laundry and covered parking.

- PIEVE SAN QUIRICO ABBEY RELAIS de CHARME (11th century  - it is made of a big beautiful church with frescoes inside, a bell tower, a sacristy and a parish house. It is very ancient and in 1880 Pope Leo XIII stayed there. It is indicated on every geographical map): it features : 4 luxury double rooms, 3 Jr.suites, with Restaurant - – total sleeps 15. All the Abbey Double Rooms & Jr.Suites feature air conditioning, coloured sat. TV, antiques furnishings, Pc Modem plug, frigobar, terracotta floors, central heating, telephone, large bathroom with tub shower (some of them feature a hydromassage tub). Guest will have at their disposal common sitting-rooms, bar, roof-terrace, small Meeting room. Inside the beautiful large Church will take place Meetings & Concerts.

The Northern Tiber Valley is also called 'Museum Valley' because of its beauty, art and culture. It is a fertile plain, entirely crossed by the river that flows for about 50 km from Perugia to Città di Castello, in the northern part of Umbria.The landscape of the valley is surrounded by green mountains and hills dotted with castles, towers and medieval villages.

The RESIDENCE features a large private panoramic sea salt water (= no chlorine) swimming pool (120 sqm), located in a broad lawn with flowers, cherry and olive trees, 3 large gardens, Botanic gardens, Organic Kitchen gardens, parking areas.

The buildings stands inside the BAGNARA ESTATE, an agro-zootechnic farm featuring 1.500 acres/590 hectares of water-plain, woods and pastures, with hare, roe and Chianina cattle raising. The farm is crossed by river Tiber and dotted with 4 small lakes, brooks and 5 medieval castles. .

The farm house offers a complete range of SERVICES: guided visits to the farm and its animal farming, tours (with interpreter, if needed) in the Umbrian cities of art, sports, several courses, tasting and purchase of local products,baby sitting, massages. It is also possible to have the programmes and info of all the events taking place in the region. Nearby are: villages with supermarkets, banks, bookstalls, shops, a riding-school, golf and tennis course, football field, and swimming bath.

Le Torri di Bagnara is in the centre of Umbria and can be easily reached from the main roads cause is 4 km distance to the freeway E45 (Orte –Ravenna). The international airport of Umbria is only 18 km far; Rome Fiumicino Airport is within 2 hours drive. It is at 15 minutes drive to Perugia, 20 to Assisi, 30 minutes to Tuscany, less than 2 hours drive to Rome, Bologna, Ravenna, Rimini, & Florence.
