The nearest airports are Pisa and Florence, though Bologna provides a good alternative. A car is essential to take advantage of the area. Most of the major car rental companies have offices and pick up points at airports. Siena (12 km) has a train station and offers a bus service to and from major cities with connections to many of the smaller towns. By car take ss223 from either Siena or Grosseto and exit at 12 km from Siena, following indications for Montestigliano, Brenna and Orgia. Follow for 1.5 km to the junction for Montestigliano. Turn left onto the unmake road and follow for 1 km up to the top of the hill where the hamlet in situated.
