Canto degli Alberti is an old stone country residence which was used as a farmhouse and stable for the master’s horses.
It makes up part of the enclave composed of a 15th century villa (the owner’s residence) and rural out buildings used as a granary, workshop and mill, witnesses to the ancient farming tradition of the Tevere valley.

The panoramic view sweeps over the green “Alpi della Luna” hills made up of fields and woods where relaxing walks can be had in, also in the mushroom and truffle picking season.

Canto degli Alberti is surrounded by an Italian-style, partially terraced park where guests can enjoy the large swimming pool (16x8 metres)  in complete privacy, immersed in the greenery provided by pine, walnut, linden, plane and centuries-old oak trees.

For lovers of good cuisine, there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy Tuscan-Umbrian specialties in the restaurants of the area, including in the nearby medieval town of Monterchi where Piero della Francesca painted his "La Madonna del Parto" masterpiece.
