Canto degli Alberti is made up of four apartments, each one independent.

Each apartment is furnished distinctly and has an equipped kitchen, gas cooker, electric oven, individual heating, satellite TV; a barbecue (adjacent to the former lemon-house) is available for guests and four separate, covered areas (divided by climbing plants) with table, chairs and lights for dining outdoors; deck chairs for the pool are also furnished.
There is a room for laundry with independent entrance in the owner’s home.

located on the ground floor, it is composed of a bedroom (double), a sitting room with sofa bed (double) and pouf (convertible into a single bed), kitchenette and large bathroom.

located on the first floor, it is composed of a two bedrooms (one double and one with bunk beds), sitting room with pouf (convertible into a single bed), kitchenette, bathroom and dressing area.

the oldest portion of the house. This apartment is composed of a bedroom (double), sitting room with an armchair bed (single), a large “pietra serena” fireplace, a dining area with kitchenette and large bathroom
