Our farm came to life 40 years ago. 

It's now more than 8 years since we have been able to accommodate guests in our resort while keeping up with the agricultural activities and animal breeding.

This allow us to guarantee our guest the complete genuineness of the products and ingredients used in preparing dishes and drinks.

 

For the TYPICAL MENU an advanced booking is required.

 

Starter: ham and olives

 

First course: culurgionis (dumplings) and malloreddus (small gnocchi)

 

Second course: variety of roasts, including pork, lamb, sheep and wild boar, Cheeses, Vegetables.

 

Fresh fruit, Dessert, Coffee and bilberry liqueur are served at the end, while water, wine and freshly made bread are available throughout the whole course of the meal.

 

Occasionally other seasonal specialities are added to the menu, depending on the daily preparation of the products.

Among these you will find fresh ricotta, "su callu" (a typical, particularly spicy, cheese), "sa corda", prazzidas (focacce), etc.
