When booking a 30% deposit is needed to reserve the room. This can be paid by traveller's cheques, postal order, or bank wire transfer.

Priort departure the balance off payment  by cash only.

Bed and bathroom linen changed weekly.

Final cleaning.

Children up to 3 years in the bed with parent FREE; Children up to 6 years 50% discount; Children up to 12 years 20% discount.

Electricity and water.

We do not provide daily cleaning, but you can find everything necessary to keep your rooms clean.

At departure, rooms must be left tidy.

Dogs and cats are admitted in the farm, but they are not allowed in the dining room or in the bedrooms.

Fees/prices indicated are for a minimum stay of 3 nights. for periods of 1 or 2 nights, will apply an additional fee of 5,00 ? per person.

Daily fees are calculated from noon on arrival day until 10.00 a.m. on departure day.
