Ca' Licozzo is located in the typical Umbro-Marchigiana countryside, surrounded by the green woods and meadows. This Farm Holiday Residence is an integral part of the Catani Sonia Farm which directly manages a biological farming industry of approximately 60 hectares of woods, meadows, pastures and land planted with fodder and grain for feeding the livestock raised on the farm. The structure was completely reconstructed in the 1950s from the ruins of an old house; it offers the visitor a splendid panorama that opens over the majestic Monte Nerone massif and extends over a good part of the Appenine mountain range. 
The country house is situated in a reserved, quiet panoramic area; there are 4 independent apartments complete with kitchen and independent bathrooms for a total of 18 people; there is also an apartment equipped for the handicapped. Outside there is a large garden with barbecue, gazebo and an inviting swimming pool for spending peaceful days in the open countryside. The guests can also take walks along paths and mule tracks, as well as gather mushrooms and truffles in the surrounding area. Piobbico, a typical town of the hinterland, is easily reached; here you can visit the Brancaleoni Palace, XIII century, take part in folkloristic happenings (Polenta fete, Corncob Palio, Mushroom exhibition, Wine Cellar Festival, etc.). Urbania, the ancient Casteldurante is 15 km away and Urbino, the birthplace of Raphael is 30 km away, Gubbio is 35 km away and the Romagnola Riviera is 65 km away.
