These pyramids are a natural wonder and are unique and curious.
In the valley of Cembra, for a very long time, the atmospheric agents have sculpted these very high cones that just seem to come out of the ground. The optical effect they give you is that these earth cones have been lifted from the ground, then covered with a huge boulder, like an umbrella. In reality, instead, geology tells us that rain, wind and temperature variations have slowly made these small mountains crumble, where the terrain was made up of thick elements and finer ones, according to a special and distinct type of deterioration. Practically, all of the land, for tens of metres has crumbled, leaving on top of each cone huge flat stones that have compressed the cones underneath them, protecting them from the washing effect of the waters. So, over the centuries, these magnificent natural columns have seemed to stand by miracle.
