Meet our associates:
June Bellamy, having grown up in Asia and after a period of diplomatic life lived in many Capitals of world, arriving in Florence to settle, knew that to delve into the riches of Italian regional cooking was a fundamental step towards belonging to and being a part of her adopted country.
She has, in fact, spent twenty years discovering and collecting on that long trail, on the evolution of this rich and fascinating tradition. She has created after many years of study a cultural Association, home to the arts of food and life.
Charles Baille has grown up in Marseille with a Vietnamese mother and a French father. After having worked as a photographer, he has become an expert in vietnamese and french cooking and has worked as a Chèf in several restaurants in Provence. He loves the area of S.Ippolito and will be happy to teach his special vietnamese recipees to our guests.
