The well-known music festival that, since the end of the 1970s, has attracted musicians of ethnic and folk music (but not only) continues with the global culture idea which is so popular in these times. As the years pass, the success of this manifestation has involved increasing numbers of institutions, including the municipality of Poggio a Caiano, the Province of Prato, the Centro Pecci, and the municipalities of Prato and Carmignano, as well as the recent collaboration of the municipality of Montemurlo.The events which are held from the end of June through July are generally held in the park of the magnificent Villa Medicea at Poggio a Caiano.
