Il Termine agritourist farm is located in the Fiorentine hills, in the heart of Tuscany in the municipality of Montelupo Fiorentino, known for ceramics and glass, and just a short distance from Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Empoli, and the ancient Roman Emporium. In the area there are old Antinoro pine forests and other woodlands.
The farm has olive groves, Chianti vineyards and fields of wheat and spelt. It is an ideal place to relax, especially after a day visiting the nearby artistic cities. Transportation is facilitated by the vicinity of the Florence-Pisa-Rome-Turin train line, four important provincial roads, the Tosco-Romagnola no. 67 road, the Florence-Pisa-Livorno highway and various bus lines.
We offer seven large and airy apartments in a carefully refurbished, typical Tuscan colonial-style farmhouse which still retains many of the original elements. Each unit (of varying sizes) has its own entrance, independent heating, kitchen with dishwasher and microwave oven, satellite tv, bedrooms, bathroom, and some have the original pietra serena fireplace. One unit is suitable for disabled guests. The family veranda is available for guests, shared with the farm family, for outdoor meals.
