Casa Elena Sorrento is a holiday flat located in the wonderful Sorrentine Peninsula, the Country of the Mermaids. The Structure has 3 mini-flats of 40 mq, very confortable and country, with En-Suite WC. A huge garden, with small tables and barbecue, sorrounds the building, confering it an aura of tranquillity and serenity, that you may find in few others places.

Casa Elena is situated in Sorrento, the ideal place also for who loves the sea: by bus in 10 minutes you can reach Marina del cantone, crowded by a lot of VIPs in summertime  thanks  its good restaurants, too. By the way, although a small town, in Sant'Agata, at 2 km from us, there are three very important restaurants even mentioned on the celebrated Michelin guide book.  La Taverna del capitano, I quattro passi and Don Alfonso 1870 are famous all over the world and there, it is possible to eat typical sea food dishes, local cheese and good wine.

SORRENTO:(population 18.000) beautiful seaside resort, overlooking the gulf of Naples.Walking through the alley-streets or the main square, you can see the numerous shops selling lace, Embroidery and inlaid woodwork for which the town is famous. Also, Sorrento is well-known for the oranges and lemons groves that you can see everywhere in the town, The sweet-smelling of these groves, together with the beauty of the sea and the landscape, has given the inspiration For the world famous song " Torna a Surriento" (COME BACK TO SORRENTO). Leaving Sorrento, we start the slope that in ten minutes will take us to the southern shore of the Peninsula, Once there, we start the first bends, our eyes goes to the little group of islands, called " LI GALLI". The legend of these islands goes back to the Greek mythology, in fact, in the Odyssey by Homer, they are. Described as the islands of the mermaids.
