The agritourist farm lies on the slopes of Monte Vico Alvano, mid-way between Sorrento and Positano, set in the green Sorrento hills among intense aromas and soft colours and in an old 17th-century farm house. There’s an enchanting panorama that stretches from the Gulf of Naples to the entire peninsula of Sorrento. The house has been completely refurbished and decorated in rustic style, yet it offers modern comfort. We’re located in favourable position for visiting the Amalfi coast, Positano, Praiano, Amalfi, and Ravello, as well as for Sorrento. From this latter, you can easily reach the magical islands of Capri, Ischia and Procida, or Herculaneum and Pompeii with their archaeological zones, and Naples.
If you would prefer to stay at the house, there’s plenty of tranquillity and nature. We have three spacious double rooms and two suites. They all have private bathroom, colour tv, mini fridge, telephone and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Naples and the peninsula of Sorrento.
The house is arranged on three levels: on the ground floor there is the dining room, able to accommodate approximately 20 diners; on the first floor there are two rooms and a bar area with panoramic terrace for breakfast; upstairs there are the other three rooms and a lovely solarium from which you can enjoy the fantastic view.
Around the house there are 6000 sq m of land, cultivated with olives and vineyards and with some farm animals (hens, rabbits, cows and swine); there is also a parking area.
There are numerous places to visit nearby: Amalfi, Maiori, Minori and the medieval town of Ravello.
With similar travel time you can reach Sorrento, and from there you can take a hydrofoil to the lovely island of Capri, Ischia or Procida.
Other interesting places include the archaeological zones of Herculaneum and Pompeii, and the religious sanctuary at the latter. If you prefer to stay near the farm, adjacent to our property there is an old and lovely park with beautiful centuries-old oak trees, the castle of the prince, and for public use a large swimming pool, tennis courts and beach volley area.
In addition there are numerous unpaved roads and paths for relaxing country walks.
