Upon reservation:

to confirm, please send 30% advance of total rent by bank or postal order.In case of a reduction of the period booked-whether for late arrival, early departure or for any other reason- there will be no discount or reimbursement. 

 On arrival:

Deposit of 100.00 Euro for the apartments,wich will be refunded at the end of the stay if no damage incurred, and the balance of 70%. 

The remaining balance to be paid cash on departure.

Apartments, one-room apartment:

 Water, electricity and gas. Weekly change of bed an bath linen. Table linen not provided and not available.Final cleaning (excluding the kitchenette which is client's responsibility).Extra change for use of washing machine.Barbecue. Jacuzzi  swimming-pool( central building). 

Rooms:

Daily cleaning.Change of bed linen twice a week; change of bath linen every other day. Children under 2 years are our guests.Children fron 2 to under 8 40% discount. Jacuzzi swimming-pool. 

Apartments, one-room apartment:

 Kitchenette cleaning. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.Beach service including one beach-umbrella,one deck-chair,one bed-chair and parking: euro 40.00  per week  May-June- September- October; 50.00 euro per week July; euro 70,00  per week August.

Rooms:

Extra beds: euro 15.00 per bed,per person. Breakfast lunch and dinner .Beach service including one beach- umbrella, one deck-clair,one bed-chair and parking euro 40.00 per week May-June-September-October; 50.00 euro per week  July; euro70,00  per week in August.

Supplements:

 Breakfast: 4.00 euro  by person. Dinner 22.00 euro by person (including beverages).Cradies on demand: 5,00 euro a day.  

Arrival:

Unless otherwise agreed upon, rooms and apartments available after 4  p.m. 

Departure:

Rooms and apartments should be vacated within 10:00 a.m.. After this time, client could be asked to pay the equivalent of one day rent.
