SERVICES INCLUDED
In apartments:
Water, electricity, gas. Change of Linen and towels weekly .Final cleaning (excluding kitchen by the customer). Use washing machine, barbecue. Use of pool with Jacuzzi (building).
In the rooms:
Daily cleaning, biweekly change of  bed linen, on alternate days change of bathroom linen .Children up to one year are our guest. Use of pool with Jacuzzi  

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
In apartments:
Corner kitchen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner .Services beach resort equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds and car parking at euro 40.00 weeks, from May to June and September to October; 50.00 euro week in July; euro70, 00 weeks in August.
In the rooms:
Additional beds in the loft: euro 15.00 per day by persona. Breakfast lunch and dinner .beach resort equipped and conventions equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun beds and car parking at euro 40.00 weeks, from May to June and September to October; 50.00 euro week in July; euro70, 00 weeks in August.
Supplements:
Breakfast: 4.00 euro  by person Dinner 22.00 euro by person(including drinks). Bed cot on request euro 5.00 per day.
 

PAYMENT METHODS
At reservation: Send 30% deposit with banking transfer, money order, Travel Cheque.
Upon arrival: For apartment's security 100.00 Euro. The sum will be refunded after having established that there has been no damage.
At departure: balance with cash, Travel Cheque.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Arrivals:
Unless agreed, rooms and apartments are delivered after 16.00 hours.
Departures:
The rooms and apartments must be left by 10.00 hours of the morning on the day of their departure .If the guest leaves after the established time the rooms and apartments are considered occupied for another day.
