Bookings are accepted based on their order of arrival and confirmed after receipt of 33% of total cost as deposit. Method of Payment

    By postal order or bank cheque (personal cheques are accepted but must be received 30 days prior to arrival), or wire transfer (Banca Intesa, abi  03069 cab  04420,    c/c   420 615 271 419 413   >  Ponterio Giuseppe).

    For organizational purposes, we reserve the right to make changes to room/suite assignments.

    The owns reside permanently at the house, and while guests are welcome throughout the year prior booking within reason is advisable and appreciated, especially during the summer holiday period.
