The firm, situated to 700 meters on the level of the sea, it is extended on 40 hectares represented by a large extent of woods of coniferous and latifoglie: firs, chestnut trees, ontani and oaks. Part of an ancient feud of the Basilian monks (800–900 AD) and situated on the watershed among Jonio (to Km 25) and Tyrrhenian (to Km. 33), the area represents the access (from the Latin Limen) to the ecological oasis of the “Greenhouses Vibonesi” (Serra Vibonesi). The central position of the firm allows our guests to make very nice daily excursions towards great historical and cultural centers: Chartreuse of Greenhouse St. Bruno (Serra San Bruno), Cattolica di Stilo, Gerace, Saint Maria of the Roccelles (Santa Maria delle Roccelle), Squillace, the Castella of Island Head Rizzuto (le Castella dell'Isola Capo Rizzuto), Capo Colonna, Tropea, Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria, Taormina, Islands Eolie. The “Sentiero Italia” (Alps - Narrow of Messina), traced by C.A.I. (Italian Alpine Club) to the border of the ownership, invites to regenerating and healthy walks in the green of the woods.
The structure of the firm is represented by two distant buildings, the one from the other about 100 meters: the "Main House" (Casa Padronale), where the breakfast and the meals are consumed, and an ample barn distributed on two plans and restructured in sitting-room and 6 double bedrooms with bath and possibility of additional bed. The furnishments, functional and of good handicraftly made, with the different colors from which the rooms take name, recall the fruits and the flowers of the surrounding nature. Tower of Ruggiero (Torre di Ruggiero), ancient bourgh of Norman origins, it is far only 2 kms from the firm and can be reached also afoot.
